Sugar bowl with Unknown Roger's R?

I believe I have the right forum, but I apologize if not. I'm looking for more information on a beat up little sugar bowl I found. I cannot seem to find any matching marks like this on any websites I've visited. The mark is stamped on there twice and so appears slightly blurry in the image. Sorry about my reflection in the full object pic. It reads :

Any information would be greatly appreciated as I love to learn about the history of items I find.

Not 100% sure, but I think it's an Oneida mark.
