I have looked high and low and checked the site and can find nothing on this piece, it has a family creat and hallmarks. Please help. Blessings. Brad.

I really need to know about this piece, I know it isn't very good silver, it's plate of some kind but I have really looked hard and I can't find anything on it so please someone out there help me? Thanks so much.

Hello.

I think it's safe to say those silverplate pseudo marks are not British or American.
The foweled anchor mark was often seen on silver from colonial India.
My gues is your piece comes from 20th century India.
