Help ID Jamaica Fork/Spoon w/monogram or maker mark ICB

I am confused by this pair, which look old and hand wrought but are stamped in a modern font, "JAMAICA." The hallmark on the back of the handles are worn and partially obscured but I hope someone can recognize it. The spoon measures about 7 1/2 inches and the fork 7 inches long. The silver is about 1/8 inches thick. There is a monogram or maker's mark on the handle that looks like I with a C centered above it and a B. Hi Leslie,
Sorry if this is dissapointing but your items are most likely made of pewter and not silver. I have similar spoons as per photos. I suspect they are reproductions of shipwrecked 'pirate' items recovered from wrecks and sold as souvenirs in a museum shop in Jamaica.
