Coffee Pot Identification Assistance

I had hoped just once I would be able to identify something on my own, but now, here I am again seeking the assistance of the experts. I do not know if this is silver or silverplate, but am guessing silverplate since I do not see a silver mark? The closest I couldfind was an unknown, probably American, mark identified as "MC." The middle mark, however, is completely different. Anyway, I will just post the pictures and not further humilate myself with my public display of ignorance.

We have seen those marks before on silverplated pieces.
Have not been able to identify the manufacturer for sure.
