unknown origins of foreign spoon

Hi Folks,

Another silver spoon I have is this one shown in the below attachments.
Only, I cannot make out where the spoon originates as it doesnt have the lion to donate it being uk made. Any ideas? I would be greatly appreciate some guidance.

Hello.

That is a British silverplate mark. The lion passant was only used on sterling silver in the UK.

John Nowill & Sons, Sheffield England.
Became Ltd. in 1928.
