Coffee set with initials mark

I need some help identifying a coffee set - pot, creamer, and sugar bowl with lid. It looks mass produced and has a pineapple on the lids.
The only mark is stamped into the foot of each piece. It says I.S. Co.
Is this International Silver Company or something else?
