Silver Clover

Hello everyone. I have this Silver Clover and I cannot identify it anywhere. My pictures aren't great at all. I cannot get a really clear one. However, the markings are a "G", a clover, a "4", and an "8". Below that it says 1984 and then GER...with the rest rubbed off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
