baby rattle marked RG or RC ID help please

Marked RC or RG no other marks that I can find
It's about 5" and has a very melodic sound
Any help much appreciated!

Also, I forgot to add that the reason I have it in British sterling is because I think it matches the makers mark for RC the best but the RG also. But because it doesn't have any other marks I'm wondering if it's not sterling.
