Can anyone tell me the identity of the maker of this fork? Thanks so much!

Hello.

The second mark down is Daniel & Arter's globe trademark.

You're welcome.

Not sure what the B is for, maybe Birmingham.
The crown mark above the B was banned on British silverplate around 1897.
So, your fork dates to before 1897.
