The listings I could find on "Columbia Silver Co." show the first as "location unknown, mark found on syrup pitcher dated circa 1890-1910". The second, and doubtful, listing for "Columbia Silver Co." shows "Brooklyn, NY, listed 1957-61 as manufacturersof silver". Included in this listing was a makers mark far from yours and included "Sterling" which I'm sure yours is not. Your teapot has an absolutely striking resemblance to a set that I have by "Homan & Co." out of Cincinnati, Ohio circa 1850. So close, in fact, that I'd say they knew each other enough to make teapot sets in the same pattern. My money is on your "Columbia Silver Co." was near Cincinnati, Ohio around 1850-1870. Then again....
