desert/soup spoon help with marks

Hi as you can see i am a newbie here and this looks a very interesting site

i have come across a couple of spoons which i need help to identify the marks
after searching through all images here i have 2 possible options

1st could be Marrtin,Hall &co

any help would be gratefully accepted

Hello from Munich to krypbob,

this ist the mark of William Wheatcroft Harrison, Sheffield after 1897, were his old mark with a crown was banned.
He worked till 1905.
