I will appreciate info about the item and mark below.
The piece is marked with a number and by it apparently with the word "an initial followed by the word GALIA".

Perhaps a Christofle - Gallia piece, can't really see your mark very well. Have a look here and let us know if it is a match.

Thank you very much Tom, it says O. Gallia, it is difficult to read but looking at the mark, you can recognize it.
