A very old Tea/Coffee Pot

Hi i have had this beauty in my possession for ages........was wondering if anyone knew what the makers marks etc are in the bottom.......have looked everywhere to no avail.......Also appears to have like an ivory handle in the top..........not 100 percent sure on the ivory could be bone.....is like a largish button type device. The item is heavily engraved on both sides.
