Tea set with few markings - any information?

I got a tea set today and was wondering if anyone could help me to identify anything about it.
It is a tray, tea pot, creamer, and sugar and all it says on the bottom is
Colonial Silver Plate 632 EPNS

Any ideas who made it?

Not the best photos. . . sorry I had to scan the piece. It is the creamer and the bottom of the creamer.
