USN King's Pattern ~ Need help w/Crown mark

I'm having difficulty finding the maker for the crown mark on the back of a USN King's Pattern jam/jelly spoon. I also need to know if it is sterling or plate. Any help w/be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Cyndy C.
