Hi again,
I am sorry for asking lots of questions, but I am curious to know. I have these two knives which look very old. I can't tell from its design which era it must have been living in, but I can see a small marking, which I can't make out anything from. Your help is very much appreciated.

I don't think it is a manufacturer's trademark, most likely, it is the logo of a hotel or restaurant.
