Unknown silver mark - help needed

I am trying to find out who made this. I have tried to photograph the mark, but it is tough! It looks like a T, a crab or maybe a sun, and something that could be a backwards moon. The name ID Landis is on the back but that doesn't seem to be the maker. Anyway, here is the mark, and a spoon showing the pattern.
