Plated cup of unknown origin

Postby silverfan » Mon Feb 11, 2019 8:21 am

This cup which I think is plated has marks which shall look English but are not. The marks show from left to right: a cup, an S, a hand. Does anybody have an idea about the maker?

Thanks Trev., so I follow amena, who told us that maker ist most probably the company "Silver" in Bologna, Via Larga owner Vittorio Zucchelli.

One more information about this company.
The "Silver" company, to be precise LAVORAZIONE ITALIANA ARGENTERIA "SILVER" S.r.l.,
also manufactured solid silver with the mark 45 BO .
I have a small tea filter from this company, with a very funny punching. The marks
are disguised to look more "British"
