Sterling Bow Brooch-Israel sticker and hand signed

I have this Bow Brooch with a black sticker that says Israel with something unintelligeble in front. The Bow itself is hand signed Boit tiv then 925.
At least that is what it looks like to me. Maybe worn as a pendant or brooch. Thanks so much for your help.
