Please help identify: silver, Inoue Toyko, & CPO in diam

I believe the letters CPO inside the diamond mark stood for "Central Purhasing Office".
This mark indicated the item was sold on U.S. Army, Navy or Air Force bases in Japan after WWII (1947-1948).
