Antique Pocket Watch Hallmark Identification Help!!

I have this incredibly stunning antique pocket/wrist watch that I need help identifying. I believe it is a swiss watch but I could be wrong. it is marked 800 which I know is the silver mark and it has two grouse marks/stamps next to it. I believe the crown and crescent is a German stamp? But it doesn't look like the German crowns I see posted online. Ive searched but cant find any information on that mark and the one below (the H J with the anchor and crown inside a wreath. If anyone could help me out that would be awesome and id really appreciate it.
