Very unusual mark to this pendant
SC in a flame shape mark

Anyone help with modern silver marks?
I asked London Assay Office in the past for more info (not on this item)
But there has to be a disclosure agreement before the silversmith would be happy for its mark to be identified!!
Which is ridiculous when you are trying to research.

Would be grateful for help!
