Ring with two unknown metals marked D https://i.imgur.com/4UohSpq.jpg

Post by Darnet »

A ring I found at a thrift shop last week. Not sure the metals. "D" is marked on the inside. The top area of the ring is (I think) silver because it never changed colour, maybe white gold. As for the other half of the ring the metal changed color but not on my finger. The color changed from silver to copper and remains a nice copperish color without further discoloration. Ring is non-magnetic. Is it an old ring from the 1800s? I'm wondering if it's Precious or non-precious metal(s) Thank you. Any information would be appropriated. https://i.imgur.com/4UohSpq.jpg [https://i.imgur.com/4UohSpq.jpgimg] [img]http://imgur.com/a/92bs0G1/img]
