Sterling Brooch Identification issue-partial stamp

Hello!

I am having a very hard time identifying this makers stamp as it doesn't seem to be well stamped. I have acid tested this to show silver. The pictures are about as clear as I can get them. I believe the lettering is "PAR" in the center and partial lettering at the bottom as "TCHY".
