Please Help ID Ring's Maker

I need help identifying who made this ring.
It is a very well made ring with a blue coloured centre piece.
There are a few of marks.
Two marks next to each other a fairly worn. One rectangular mark you can see the start of 9 and end of 5 so I'm assuming it says 925 for sterling silver. the mark next to it is also rectangular but is illegible.
There is what looks like a makers mark, but I can't quite make out what it reads. Maybe C Roskela?
Hopefully someone will recognise this piece and be able to tell me who made it.
