Moderne amber moth brooch, please help identify

Hello,
I would be most grateful if you could help me identify the origins and age of my favorite amber brooch. I purchased it in California and the seller knew nothing about it. I was told it resembles the work of Kenigsberg silversmiths, but I could not find proof (wrote to the Kaliningrad Amber Museum, got no response). Surely someone out here knows this assay mark (crown), and maybe even the maker (“AP”). It is probably European, but since I am not sure, I am posting it in this section. Thank you very much!

Thank you for the link — their English version does not seem to be working, but I can always try e-mailing them.
Any idea as to the age of the brooch?
