Bracelet 925 TH with side by side triangle mark help

Hello! I have a bracelet marked 925 TH and what looks like 2 small side by side triangles. I am trying to figure out who made it, or where it was made, and when it may have been made. I read on a few sites that TH is for Thai silver, but I am not sure that this is right. If you can help me out, I would really appreciate it! Thank you.

I am not sure who made it but the TH means it was made in Thailand and fairly recently

One last thing, it wouldn't have been made for the Thailand market, it was made there for what is probably an American company and probably sold on QVC or the like. Many many many jewelry companies have there products made in Thailand such as Pandora, David Yurman, John Hardy, etc.
