Identifying Mark and Jewelry maker

Is anyone familiar with this mark. The WS did match one of the marks on the William Spratling page though not his regular mark. I contacted Consuelo Ulrich who does seem to think it is a Spratling ring but I couldn't afford what he wanted to charge me to certify it as an actual Spratling piece.
