Unknown Jewelry Hallmark - Middle Eastern?

Hello, new member here. Can anyone recognize the origin of this hallmark? I have been researching it for the last hour and cannot pin it down. I believe this is a bracelet or anklet but I am pretty much a novice so I am happy I found this forum.
