Handmade silver Pendant

Any information about this pendant will be helpful. I found it in a charity shop in South Africa. It is marked MG or MC.

Hello Groen, I cannont recognize it just by seeing the image. Can you share the hall mark picture of it. It seems to be old, may the the year 1970s - 1980s
