mystery silver hallmark

Please could anyone help me identify this hallmark, it is on a diamante brooch and has another mark with either 800 or 900 the mark is rubbed so I can not make it out. Any information would be much appreciated, thank you.

Could you post the pic of the rubbed mark and the 800 or 900 stamp? It might help out here.
I can't figure out what the above pic hallmark means, it is difficult to decipher.
I do like the diamond (diamante) brooch, and I was looking at the diamonds, and I think I see a few yellow-colored diamonds that seem like old-mine-cut diamonds. The other colorless diamonds seem to be more modern in their cut. I am not a diamond expert, but I find this combination of old and new interesting. Does anybody else see what I am referring to?

Hi there, Thank you for your reply.The only other hallmark on the brooch is this one, this one is a number and the other looks like a pot plant to me.I have also posted a picture of the whole back of the brooch. Hope this helps in identifying these hallmarks, I could not find any like them on the site.
