modern piece maker mark help

im not entirely sure, but i think this is a ring, it pivots where the gold dot is. I've had no luck at all finding the makers mark.

You bet, thanks for the response and the warm welcome Trev. I added another piece i have by the same designer. This one comes apart almost like a puzzle ring or something. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Someone mentioned it could be scandinavian, but haven't found much on that lead. I found another mark on the same piece when i slide it apart.
