sterling silver ring needs identifying...help please!

I have recently bought a ring from an antique/bric-a-brac store in wales and I'm looking to learn more about it if anyone can help.




its sterling silver, from what i have learnt off this site, but i can't tell anything else about it so not even sure if it's on the right board!

Yeah it's not the clearest mark, here's a second attempt with an artists rendition haha
