AP? 925 novelty belt buckle cuff links

purchased in England, but I have been through the list and cannot determine which country these cuff links are from by the mark, and, as such have not identified the maker. I'd appreciate it if you could nudge me in the right direction - I'm perfectly willing to do further research afterwards!
I think it looks like a stylised AP with an anchor or arrow in between. Sorry this was the best picture I could get, the mark is approx. 1.5mm
