I have not been able to locate any information on the hallmark. This is a local find that I thought was interesting. Only markings on the necklace are the different length dashes. Not sure what the stone is or if the beads are stones. Thanks

It's not Native American. I have a similar necklace and it looks to be East Asian or some other foreign country.

I thought it was made look like a headdress, but have not found a headdress to match the look.
