ISRAEL collier - Art Déco or 70s?

Hello!

I've bought a collier made of silver and amber.
On the back it is hallmarked 925 ISRAEL [maker's mark].
The pendant is about 12 cm high and 6cm wide.
The chain has a length of about 70cm.

Now my questions. I'm not really sure about the age of the collier. At first I thought it was Art Déco. Or is it of younger age?
Does anybody know the maker's mark?

It HAS to be the design of the seventies! ISRAEL was founded after WW2... I feel very awful about it.

But who's the maker?
