Art Deco,but where assayed,when and by who?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,I'm stumped by the assay stamp and date letter top right of the grid.And the D 925 WB,top left

apparently it is a Dublin import mark,a Bourjet?.Dublin date letters seem to stop at 1920,so I presume,from the personal inscription it must date from 1935
