"SILVER" marked

I found this ring in the ground with my metal detector. I found it outside of Philadelphia, PA.

The picture is 3 different pics. The first showing the only marking, and the other two showing the designs on the ring. Which may give a better idea?

Any info on the marking, or the ring will be awesome!

Most things I've seen marked just silver are from China, this looks like it may have had some enamel in it. They are often less than 925/sterling.
