ID Strange Mark on Sterling Earrings, TY

Hi - I recently bought a lot of sterling jewelry that was sold as "Native American" but the more I search online the less convinced I am. I've been everywhere I can think of on the Web and I've searched this forum prior to post - no luck.

It is stamped 925 in two places and then there is a strange series of lines - another language? I was hoping that someone here might have information about this mark / maker. Thanks so much! Julie

Yes, it is another language.
It is Hebrew. (script, not block letters) It says the name Ruth, which is pronounced "root" in Hebrew. Obviously, the origin is most likely Israeli. Hope that helped.
