Help with mark on sterling chain - MS in a circle - 925

Hello, I have a sterling chain which I believe to be hand made and possibly from the Arts and Crafts period. It is clearly marked 925 and also has a maker's mark that is a stylized MS in a circle. It is marked on the clasp which is a simple flat hook type clasp. The links are very interesting; rectangles whose ends curve around into circular curlicues inside the rectangle. It is very nicely made. I have searched high and low to find information on the maker and I am at a loss. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Pheobe
