I am posting this because you indicate that you don't have a good picture of the Kostroma hallmark. I think this is a good example. I would like to know if anyone knows the maker's mark. Thank you, I love this site and use it frequently.

I'll risk making an ass of myself and say the maker may be Nicholai Chulkov, but I'm sure our experts will give their opinions (when they've stopped laughing).
