Norway Sterling Green Enamel Butterfly Pin Mark ID?

The back of this pin says

NORWAY
STERLING
(mark) 925S

The Mark looks something like a 3E except it is symmetrical. A 3 with a reversed 3 maybe?

I inherited this pin from my grandmother and I'm just trying to learn a little about it's history. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
