Help with modernist jewelery mark containing "Israel&qu

I have researched your forum and site to no avail. I am looking for information on the pictured hallmark. Any information on the maker e.g. who, dates, etc would be beneficial. Thank you in advance.

I see that same mark on a lot of the Eilat jewelry I buy. Never ID'd a maker but never really looked for one either. The pieces I have seem to be from around the 1960's and I'm thinking they were sold as tourist pieces.
