900 Silver and glass necklace need help identifying mark

Hi I have a 900 silver necklace that is practically marked on every bit with 900 in a lozenge. I am trying to figure out the origin of this necklace and the maker, it is signed with i believe a UT or VT or else i am looking at it upside down! Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Can't identifu it with certainty, but 900 in that diamond format is often seen on Argentinian silver.
