Hebrew hallmark?

Wondering if anyone knows this mark which I haven't been able to locate. Looks like Hebrew to me after searching Wikipedia for characters and I have found that Israel uses 935. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I purchased this bracelet in Boston about 25 years ago in a Vintage jewelry shop near Harvard Square.
