Hallmark from Russian jewelry believed to be mid 1800's

I have a pair of earrings with a stamped image of a lady looking to the right and it is stamped several places on the earrings, but is always stamped so the full image is falling off the edge. (My photo shows two stampings held closely together) I am trying to find more about their history, as they are said to be from the family of a wealthy duke, who died young. The jewelry was what his wife worn to grand Russian events, or so the story goes. The diamonds are cut in a VERY rugged manor, before good cutting methods were developed I presume. I couldn't find any other markings.
