Who is the maker of these earrings made in China?

These look like very high end earrings, Sterling vermeil & enamel. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,

I think the 12 stands for 0.12 ct (the total stone weight) and CZ for Cubic Zirconia. Those are probably the blue stones that form the eyes.

I never saw the mark as a 12 I saw an R with another mark. Thanks for the info.
