Antique Bracelet Silver Plated and curious about the mark.

This was purchased with some other estate jewelry and has a strong
silver patina even though my pictures appear differently.

I was wondering if anyone can identify the mark on the last picture?

I don't know the manufacturer, but that reminds me of French silverplate marks.
