Hallmark Question

This pennant on chain has the hallmark inside. It looks like (c) G S with sterling under it. The pennant is hollow and it's a little hard to see the hallmark, because you must turn it upside down and look up into it at just the right light. Does anyone recognize this designer or manufacturer? The chain is 20" and has ten strands that go into horn shaped cones that have sterling on each of them. Thanks!
