Hallmark Help, Please

I have no idea what country this should be in, I'm sorry. I'm hoping someone can ID the mark or country. It did test for sterling silver and it's a brooch, Thank you for any help regarding it. There is just the one mark, I just don't know which way is up. : )

I hope someone here can identify it for you. Just as an observation, it seems to be what, Arabic writing? This is just a feeling I have, because the stones seem to look like Persian turquoise. Anyway... good luck.
